RED January 2020 - in aid of MIND Charity was such a great opportunity to actively promote the mental health benefits of SUP whilst raising money for such a great cause.
We 'jumped on board for RED January' and supported this incredible cause to get active together for mental health on a charity social paddle and... They came... they wore RED... and they donated through our 'just giving' page! We even received a medal as a thank you which we are incredibly proud of and will hang proudly with the rest as we are making this one of our annual events!
At Heron and Hush, we understand the huge benefits that exercise has on mental and physical wellbeing. The wonderful people at MIND provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Your SUPport for this event was incredible, the medal is for each and every one of you and we hope to see you on next years’ RED January paddle on the River Great Ouse, through the beautiful historic market town of Bedford.
